Describe the problem

Eui DataGrid height collapses to 0 when rows are of auto height as shown below

To Reproduce
This can also be replicated in EUI Docs here: https://eui.elastic.co/#/tabular-content/data-grid#virtualization. But I am not able to replicated with when running docs locally. Seems to be some issue with an effect not triggering when heightCache is updated.

Environment

Issue exists in both Firefox and Chrome.
