Kibana 3 saves Dashboards containing a # but does not show it nor its useable #1081

I created a new Dashboard naming it "IT-Dashboard #1 (Core-System)". It saved without problems but while trying to open it up, the Open-Dialog only shows "IT-Dashboard ". When choosing this, Kibana says the Dashboard is non-existant in ES.

While manually pointing to the correct url: /#/dashboard/elasticsearch/IT-Dashboard %231 (Core-System)
i can again open it up.

Its maybe related to #837

i can use “@” to save~ but fail to open

Related to #1327 as well. This was fixed in Kibana 4
