To reproduce, spin up a 7.16 deployment and enable "Deprecation logging" in Upgrade Assistant. Click the button to view deprecation logs in Discover. Discover will open and warning toasts like those seen below will appear. This is ironic in that using Discover to review deprecation logs results in the creation of deprecation logs. Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of this deprecation logging tool. :)

we don't use this param in our code, so I think the search service is adding it, changing assigned team because of this.
