Summary

In the final designs for [Epic] Bulk Editing of Detection Rules (Epic, Figma), it was referred to the latest designs for the bulk actions interaction pattern which has not yet become a EUI component. Thus as a current workaround for Rule's table, we will remain the current bulk actions designs and won't update until the EUI component is ready. This issue is to track the effort to update bulk actions component for Rule's table when EUI component is ready.
