Maximized dashboard panel cuts off x-axis

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): docker pull from Elastic site

Describe the bug: When you maximize a bar or line graph from a dashboard it is impossible to see the date picker and x-axis at the same time (graph exceeds screen size). See attached image; I outlined the overage using the browsers scroll bar in pink (lower right corner).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open dashboard
2. Select "Maximize Panel" on a bar or line graph

Expected behavior: Full graph, including x-axis, should be visible without scrolling
