Hey Kibana Devs,

I was wondering if you would be interested in updating Kibana to the latest 1.x branch version of jQuery (1.11.1). Upon doing this locally, I did not encounter any issues when doing so (also utilized jQuery Migrate Developer to look for anything that I could be missing) but I wanted to check if there was a reason this was not being done and if this was something you would be interested in me submitting as a pull request.

With Kibana 4 we switched to jQuery v2.1.1.
