Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable guided onboarding (see testing instruction here)
  2. Go to the rules management page
  3. Focus on the rules search bar

Expected result

The search bar has no tooltips.

Actual result

There's a tooltip visible that pre-fills the search bar with "My First Alert" when clicked. The tooltip is visible even if the currently active onboarding step is not on the rules management page.

Nevermind, I typed "My First Alert" in the search box so many times that Chrome started suggesting that text by default 😂
