Hi,

I just wanted to ask if there is any way not show some particular dashboards in the list based on user logged in ?
Based on index I can create roles, but any way to hide the dashboards so that no user can see how many and what dashboards are there in kibana

Regards

Hey @ritwik95,

This isn't currently possible, but we are exploring this functionality as a potential 4th phase to our RBAC initiative.

We are actively working on implementing Spaces, which will allow you to organize your dashboards. With security enabled, you'll also be able to control who has access to which spaces, which may satisfy your needs.

👍, like legrego said nothing out of the box ATM. We do sometimes see multiple kibana installs with each pointing to different kibana.index as a form of separation, but it's not the most friendly solution.

Closing this out, hope this helps.
