[TSVB] Make TSVB tables UX consistent with other tables visualizations

In some dashboards it can be useful to have data table visualizations and TSVB tables because they have some different features (for example with TSVB you cannot group by multiple fields, and with data tables you cannot have different filters per column). I think that having a different set of features can be acceptable because of the way they do the queries, but it'd be good if they have a consistent UX, so they don't look like different things in dashboards.

Some differences I have seen:

• They seem to use different font sizes and/or spacing between rows and columns.
• Text alignment is different.
• Table visualizations bold headers, TSVB don't.
• Tables visualization show a fixed number of rows (even if some of them are empty), on this I think I prefer TSVB, but the important thing would be to be consistent.
• In data tables there are buttons next to the values to add filters directly, this is super useful, and is also consistent with other parts of Kibana.

We are currently rewriting the data table visualization to use EUI internally. Aligning the TSVB table to look the same is something we should think about in the future and possibly make them use EUI too.

We don't plan to make more enhncemts in TSVB tables, Lens and aggbased use the EUI datagrid
