Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Open Kibana in a new tab
  2. Tab to Canvas
  3. Select an existing or create a new canvas and add some elements.
  4. Tab the full screen button
  5. Hit enter

Actual Result
5. No instructions are announced

Expected Result
5. "You are now in full screen mode. Press esc to exit".

One or the other should change
