[K7 Navigation] Remove 'Recently viewed' from home page (it's now in the side nav) #29224

Describe the feature:
With the addition of the new K7 side nav #28940, we will no longer need 'Recently viewed' items on the home page for version 7.0.0+. Those same 'Recently viewed' items will now be accessible from the new side nav as seen below:
