(Accessibility) Discover Page Load

Upon complete loading of the page there is no notice that the page is complete ("Search runs for several seconds before the content is fully displayed.")

Expected Result

Upon completion of page loading there should be some accessible indication that the page has completed loading.

While not explicitly a WCAG requirement (yet) it has been brought up as a possible Level AA requirement
