Ability to plot two geo_point fields on tilemap at the same time #4984
Comments
It would also be nice if these multiple geo points can be differentiated in size. That way, data from multiple indexes can also be plotted on a single tile map and we can compare various data points. Can we do something similar to #4894 for tile maps as well? |

👍 this would be great. Drawing the lines between based on documents would be a great combination of graph and geo. |

We are working on a new implementation of map visualizations and are not planning to add any new features to the existing implementation. We will take this suggestion under consideration for the new app. |
duplicate of #3649
This feature request has been implemented in the new Maps application. The Maps application will be available as a beta preview in the upcoming stack releases 6.7.0 and 7.0.0. You can try the new Maps application today with the 7.0.0-beta1 release |
Also linking to a new data source we are hoping to introduce #41575 |
If you have a document with two geo_point fields, sometimes it's nice to be able to plot these at the same time. If you have lots of documents with two geo_point fields it would also be nice to plot all or some of these at the same time.
If you could draw lines between the two fields per document that would also be nice!
