Currently the text is Kibana, we need to change this to say Elastic Kibana

Just making sure this will play well with unique page titles...

We want to introduce titles per plugin so things like:

  • Discover | Elastic Kibana
  • Lens | Elastic Kibana
  • Management | Elastic Kibana

That's not wired up yet but are we cool with that being the eventual goal state?
