Export data table as Raw or Formatted does not grab visualization name for filename

Describe the bug:
Exporting a data table in CSV format does not grab the table name to pre-populate the filename as part of saving the file to Operating System's filesystem.

Symptom also observed in 7.7.0 but not in 7.6.1. In 7.6.1 I can confirm it pre-populates the filename the same as the name of the data table visualization.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a data table viz
   2.Save the data table viz
2. Click on Raw and Formatted
3. The Save As filename is pre-populated as table.csv rather than your data table's viz name

Expected behavior:
Filename pre-populated with the same name of the data table visualization name
