Disable gray coloring when refreshing dashboard

Enable or disable gray color feedback when Kibana dashboard is refreshing.

I use Kibana dashboards to see real time data, updating them every 5 seconds. I have updated the ELK stack from 7.5 to 7.10 and now when the dashboard is refreshing data all dashboard goes gray. It is very annoying to see that color changes every 5 seconds. I don't want any data loading feedback. I think it should be a configurable feature that can be enabled or disabled.

May be the problem is the same, but the proposed solutions are different:

• This issue is about enable/disable gray feedback.
• The other one wants another gray/desaturation behavior depending on the dashboard visualizations data.

I don't know if the same problem source with different solution would be duplicated issue.

@jonny123d Your description of the problem is exactly the same, but it seems like you are asking for a different solution. Since the problem is the same I would consider them duplicate issues. Please post in the other issue with your idea for a solution.
