[Feature Request] Add Traceroute to Synthetics

Describe the feature:
Add the ability to trace the path of a request through the Internet, giving you a bit more information about where things might be having trouble between the client and the server

Adding a note:
We recently had an issue where we were leveraging synthetics. Although synthetics. can tell us a basic level of information, we had to use Thousand Eyes due to its ability to show the hops that is not visually possible with Elastic.
