[e2e devices deletion] : write the user password once and allow to delete several devices #1086

The webclient saves the user password until the global settings page is left.

Steps to reproduce
1- open the global settings page
2- delete one device (enter your password)

By now, you can delete any device without entering your password again.
i assume it would be nice to have a confirmation message.
