I'd like the 'Permalink' option to (somehow) show a caveat in the case where room history is not available to all-comers.
Very often I'm reading a bug report, try to access a matrix.to link, do the element-hq/element-web#3779 dance to find and join the room only to find the event lurks behind the history wall.
I'm sure helpful bug reporters would be less inclined to make inaccessible events a core part of their bug report if we could show some sort of warning at permalink creation time.
