Downloading an APK doesn't put it in Downloads

Steps to reproduce

1. Send an APK file in a room (would probably work with other file types)
2. Download the file

Outcome

What happened instead?

Element downloads the file into its cache and opens it. When clicking on the same attachment on the room, it doesn't have to re-download it.

What did you expect?

One possible behavior: A similar behavior, but it should download it into the Downloads folder, or users should have that option. Otherwise, this would result in an ever-growing cache if Element is used to transfer a lot of files. Users would have to manually delete their cache, and Element becoming a storage hog could lead them to uninstall the app instead of giving it a chance.
