If user hits hangup racing with the call terminating, they can accidentally hit redial

The fix here is probably to put a second timeout on being able to hit the dial button after the remote user hangs up, to stop both users trying to hang up at the same time, resulting in the one who loses the race accidentally placing a new call.

i feel like i get hit by this every other call - e.g. one with @rxl881 just now.
