Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Room settings
  2. Check Show more / Show less <detail> element
  3. Open Help & About user settings tab
  4. Check Access token row

Outcome

What did you expect?

Only the strings are clickable.

What happened instead?

The <detail> elements are clickable over the whole rows, as indicated below:
