Would be good way to lower the barrier to onboarding in a communtiy, especially a publically joinable one

We're discussing this as a part of of the Info architecture project (currently in IA2.3, 'Explore Space' improvements) but there we've discussed mass joining suggested rooms, rather than all rooms. We'll discuss & consider further!
