Summary
Today, there's no mechanic in app which lets users know when new features, fixes or optimisations land in Element. We rely on users reading changelogs out of band in blog posts, tweets, etc.

Intended outcome
Implement an in-app changelog to communicate to users what's new before they update. Consider how to expose historical release notes.
