As a user, when picking other users from lists I want to...

1. Firstly be suggested to pick users I've recently DM'd with: Add recent DMs to Invite/Create DM dialog element-web#11197

3. Search for users: Redesigned search results in suggestions/recent conversations in Invite/Create DM dialog element-web#11200

6. Use all of the above on production together for the first time as a cohesively improved 'Create DM' & 'Invite user' experience: Apply new design to user lists in Invite/Create DM dialog element-web#11201
7. Successfully navigate the dialog: FTUE User lists: Accessibility and updated design behaviour element-web#11771

Something that I missed is that this applies to both DMs and regular invites. It looks like the bottom portion of the design covers this, and somehow I missed that entirely.
