So after some discussion in Slack, it sounds like it would be relatively safe to do a "correcthorsebatterystaple" password generator.
That is, with a dictionary of something like 3,000 common words, we should generate a 4 word passphrase. These are easy to remember, and impractical to brute force.

A nice little "shuffle" button on the right side of an empty "create password" field should do the trick UI-wise.
