Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, users need to manually navigate to the tool folder to open log files when troubleshooting issues.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement a new CLI command that allows users to quickly open the log files using the default associated app for .log extensions

Example usage:

aws-cred-mgr logs

Additional context

Make it cross platform
