Accoding to at least the um1525 brief of the F0 discovery board, this chip is supposed to have 8KB of RAM, not 7 (or if you believe the paper insert in the box, 8 bytes, lol).

yeah, many RAM/FLASH sizes are wrong, see #301. We're lacking a good data source for these...

added the data point to #301, going to close this issue to consolidate everything there.
