official list of supported browser please, i cant see a list of browser supported in the description readme.md file please

Putting the browser support matrix in the README would be confusing as the master branch is the canary channel, so at this point it would list Edge and the evergreen browsers, but 2.18 (the current release) still supports IE9.
This will be tracked at emberjs/website#3139.
