Tried by importing https://emmo-repo.github.io/versions/1.0.0-beta4/emmo-inferred.ttl in the excel file.
The resulting ontology refers to the correct EMMO-classes (so loading import works fine), but then it is not functioning when opening the resulting ontology in proege due to missing parts in the catalog file.

The problem was not in writing, but that leading and trailing spaces (that are easily inserted by mistake in the excelfile) are written out in the catalog.
