There have been discussions in Samvera slack about finding working implementations. This one from Indiana seems to show what we want to achieve: https://digitalcollections.iu.edu/concern/paged_resources/1g05ff26r?locale=en&query=imitation+pearls (if the search results don't automatically load from the URL, just type "pearl" in the UV search to see the results.

Discussed with @bwatson78 in Slack that we want to have the UV automatically switch to our default setup (no search) if the FileSet contains no transcript text. We hope this will reduce user frustration if they encounter a search option on a work that is not indexed for full text.

Discussed in Slack that for now we will prioritize indexing activities for only those books that contain ALTO files at the page-level. We have discovered that the UV search will not function as expected if only .TXT files are indexed.
