WebSocketTestSession does not raise disconnect exception if sending through closed connection

Sending data through WebSocketTestSession when connection has already been closed does not result in exception. The following code clarifies what I mean:

I'd expect send_json to raise WebSocketDisconnect just as calling receive_json does.
