Because of a report from onfinality:

a few of our other Kusama paracahin customers have add issue with some recent changes caused by this paritytech/substrate#11302
Parity’s recommendation is to upgrade to 0.9.26 on the native binary side
Some networks have stalled in the last 24 hours. If you haven’t upgraded, can you please consider doing so asap and let us know when you have a new version, so we can upgrade our nodes?
