Now that anyone can endorse, it would make sense to indicate who's a newbie in contacts. This way, the user can chose to endorse known newbies directly

Maybe the app could even show a little disturbance to draw attention to this action

For the beginning before we have UX we can simply show the following beneath the contact name in the list-tile. Similar to how we do it on the profile page for our own account.
