create a user page in an inlet. allow parameters to be passed to it (to specify the user)
have user urls something like:
http://tributary.io/user/enjalot
which would load an inlet behind the scenes like
http://tributary.io/1234?user=enjalot

users can fork the user page and set the gist to one of their choosing
