Currently we have to stay at 0.10 because substrate/frame/support has it at 0.10, and we cannot have two different versions even in unconnected crates (rust-lang/cargo#7880). So we have to wait until that is fixed, or paritytech/substrate#12085 is merged into the branch of substrate we use.

Whoever will be fixing this, just revert the changes from #25
