Enhancement: Add option for setting Github installation id for Github VCS workspaces

Migrated workspaces from Github are created have Other VCS as their integrated VCS, even though their repo is known to be Github by the URL.
It should be possible to supply the Github installation id of env0's Github app on the repository and make the created environments Github-integrated environments

DOD:
Creating an environment with Github repository passes the clone step in env0 for a private repository, that before hand would have failed to clone.
