This test fail sometime on the CI, but pass if we re-run the check

@KurohanaJuri do you think it might be related to #199 ?

I don't think it that, the test passes if we run it on local. It something related to the CI.
(the emulator is slower on CI, so the node is not there yet when we test the tag? I don't know)
