23LC1024 SPI RAM Usage Guidance

I am trying to utilize this feature from #6994
and facing problems in my Internet radio project.

What am I doing wrong? If SRAM is off, then buffer works ok

I have a memory test and it outputs correct data

Could you check if the changes in #9025 (comment) resolve your issue?
