Init Fake URL structure and define how it could look like.

  • Provide helpers to construct/get Fake URLs in injected scripts,
  • amend web+bzz protocol resolving in content script according to the Fake URL structure,
  • make changes in background request listeners,
  • create Fake URL singleton in utils which used by contentscript/background script

Resolves #17
