[Feature request] Avoid black bars option

I would like to have an option to enable zooming the video until there is no black borders around, even if the quality is reduced, in HQ videos this wouldn't be a problem.

in addition to fill options, aspect ratio change, & rotate are also helpful. Although there are already other extentions on chromestore that achive this and are stackable.
