Hyundai Bluelink: vehicle soc: unexpected status: 509 () (ignored by estimator)

Hello,
with Hyundai Bluelink there is a limit of API-requests of ca. 200 and evcc send out every 2,5 minute a request - so the limit is reached very fast.

I had already startet a feature request and uploaded a logfile to address this topic/bug, but unfortunately "andig" closed it with the wrong assumption that my HA would poll the Bluelink-API all the time - but this is wrong because the Bluelink HA-integration was deactived by me for this toubleshooting.

In the log-file that I have attached there is an API-call every 2,5 minute which is far too much. Maybe we can discuss the data-thrift-mode further or this is really a bug (evcc should poll the API only every 15 minutes?)
