Publish documentation for each release

Currently, the user guide for example is part of the GitHub repo and can be updated by any pull-request.
When users visit the GitHub repo, the documentation might be newer than the release version of the AI-Lab the user is using.

The current ticket therefore requests to publish a documentation for each release (e.g. as Github pages) to enable pointing each user to the version of the documentation reflecting exactly the matching released version of the AI-Lab.
