Can I use heading-offset option when including markdown file in an rst file?

I'm using the include directive

.. include:: ../README.md
    :parser: myst_parser.sphinx_
    :start-after: ## Installation
    :end-before: ## Example

which gives the warnings

../README.md:3: (WARNING/2) Document headings start at H3, not H1 [myst.header]
../README.md:8: (WARNING/2) Document headings start at H3, not H1 [myst.header]
../README.md:22: (WARNING/2) Document headings start at H3, not H1 [myst.header]

I am wondering is there is some way to specify the heading-offset option. Or do I have to use the markdown version of the include directive?
