Poor visibility of code in Solution tab #2

The Solution tab displays a small column for the code, and another column of the same width to display a static text which is normally only read once. The width is fixed no matter how large the browser page is.

As a result, the readability of the code is very poor, the user constantly has to use the horizontal scroll bar (since there is no vertical limit on the code panel, this scroll bar is only visible at the bottom!).

Suggestions:
=> use the whole page width
=> use a smaller width for the static text, or even better, put it at the top and not with a column configuration

I just saw that the submitter's comment was also displayed in this static text, in the (rare) case such a comment is made by the submitter.

Wouldn't that be better at the bottom, together with the comments of the other users? It would really improve the user-friendliness of the layout.

I suggest using dark theme mode.

Here is what I get with dark theme mode, it doesn't change anything to the problem:
