Go logo is out of date

This issue was originally raised in exercism/go#1154 but it seems like it makes sense to open an issue here. According to Go's official branding page, the Go logos used currently are out of date.

I feel very uncertain about this because I like that the Gophers eyes move on the front page :)

Here's the new one for when we decide to update it across the site.

@iHiD So we don't lose the effect, we could make the owl eyes move in the Prolog logo instead?

I'm going to leave this for now, until I have time to change the eyes to something else.
