Changing the version of NuVotifier

So since I keep forgetting, here are the places which need to have their version numbers changed:

• build.gradle
• com.vexsoftware.votifier.sponge.VotifierPlugin @Plugin
• com.vexsoftware.votifier.velocity.VotifierPlugin @Plugin

This is really annoying.
