Cannot start pipeline manually #1103

When I start a pipeline manually via the interface, the follow-up XHR request is 404 not found:

http://fabric8.default.192.168.64.7.nip.io/_p/oso/apis/build.openshift.io/v1/namespaces/fabifrank/buildconfigs/fabric8-test/instantiate

Any ideas whats wrong?
