Describe the problem you'd like to solve
Lots of people who grow plants are stuck inside right now, and they might be lonely or bored of having contact with the same small number of people. We could facilitate community and sociability with a seed or ofshoot sharing app where people give away propagated plants, seeds and stuff.
Who are the stakeholders?
Everyone stuck inside (with an interest in gardening)
What is currently being done to solve this problem?
There are lots of websites that do this but I haven't seen any that have a local focus - this could be more a pickup/dead drop situation
Challenges
Safety is clearly a concern but if people just leave the plants outside their homes it can't be that bad

love this idea.... have propagated a lot of tomato plants (about 50), aubergines (24), peppers (24), basil (16) and need to give some away badly. Was thinking of leaving it outside the house and putting a donation bucket (to give to some charity...perhaps in response to COVID).... perhaps some kind of donation thing could also be incorporated
Name
