💥 Proposal

As a follow up to #2544 by @Simek, we want to move https://github.com/endiliey/lqip-loader into our monorepo for better maintenance. While that's done, we need to move a few more things too:

  • Convert original tests to Jest
  • Potentially convert the loader into TypeScript
